Impossibly Good…Seriously!

flatearth-cheddar.jpgI have to enter this post right now simply to slow down on consuming the entire bag of Peach Mango Paradise chips that I just bought. A division of Frito Lay, these chips are marketed under the label Flat Earth. The motto on the bag is “Impossibly Good”, and the symbol is a flying pig because, as you can read on the back of the packaging, the brains behind this new product are playing with the saying “When Pigs Fly”. Is a healthy chip possible? I don’t know, but if these chips are healthy, stock up because they are the yummiest thing I have encountered in a LONG TIME!

Recently mentioned in Parents magazine (May, 2007 issue, page 192), and staring me down on an end cap at Target today, these chips come in a variety of fruit and veggie flavors. Certainly this should not be a replacement to real fruits and veggies , but if your gonna give your kids a snack anyway, give these a whirl.

6 oz bag retails for $2.99.

I’ve also bought this brand of chips, in the Tangy Tomato Ranch and Apple Cinnamon. They are great! My son really enjoys them too.
